  • Welcome to ReSuit! Whether you're decluttering, sharing your favorite pieces, expanding your style, or exploring a new way to thrift, you've found your community. Getting started is simple:

    Step 1: Download the app and set up your account.

    Step 2: Browse for items to buy or rent by style, designer, location, category, or fit.

    Step 3: Send a request to purchase or rent, or save items to your shopping bag to continue browsing.

    Step 4: Connect with another ReSuiter and use the in-app chat to arrange the exchange—whether meeting in person or opting for sustainable shipping.

    Step 5: Payment is seamless. Both parties enter an authentication passcode in the app, and the owner is paid directly. ReSuit doesn’t store your financial information, hold funds, or require any complicated money transfers.

  • 1. Capture Clear Photos
    High-quality pictures are crucial to catching attention. Showcase your items from multiple angles to help them stand out.

    2. Write Honest and Detailed Descriptions
    Be transparent about the condition of your item, including any flaws or wear. Offer accurate details and styling suggestions to give buyers confidence in their purchase.

    3. Stay Responsive
    Quickly reply to fellow ReSuiters' requests to increase your chances of closing the deal.

    4. Promote Your Closet
    Boost visibility by sharing your items on social media and encouraging your followers to check out your ReSuit closet.

  • 1. Opt for Natural Light
    Whenever possible, use natural light and a clean, minimal background to make your items stand out.

    2. Present Your Items Well
    Ensure garments are ironed, steamed, or pressed and spot-cleaned to look their best in photos.

    3. Capture Multiple Angles
    Take at least 3 photos per item (you can upload up to 8) to give a comprehensive view.

    4. Be Detailed and Honest
    Write accurate descriptions, covering color, brand, materials, usage, and any flaws to provide full transparency.

  • 1. Choose Your Listing Option
    When listing an item, simply specify if it's for sale, rent, or both.

    2. Set Your Price
    You control the price—whether it's for a sale or a daily rental. Be sure to factor in shipping and cleaning costs.

    3. Customize Rental Terms
    Decide on a minimum rental period (in days) and offer discounts for longer rentals if you wish.

    4. Manage Your Requests
    Once your listing is live, other ReSuiters can request to buy or rent your items. You have the freedom to accept or politely decline each request.

    When you're ready to try something new, send a request to the owner—ask any questions and arrange the exchange details.
